We do our best to present accurate product descriptions, photos, and details. However, minor manufacturing imperfections common in sealed TCG items do not represent inaccurate listing.
3. Product Condition & Presentation
All products are sold as-is. Many sealed Pokémon items may present minor cosmetic flaws such as:
slight shrink-wrap creases
light corner wear
small dents
minor surface rub
These are common and are not grounds for return or refund unless significantly damaged beyond typical industry norms.
4. Pricing & Changes
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without liability.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is final.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:
suspected reselling or bulk purchasing
unusual purchasing patterns
suspected fraudulent activity
6. User Account Responsibility
If the website later adds customer accounts:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password and restricting access to your account.
7. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Once an order is handed to the carrier, shipping risk transfers to the buyer.
We will assist in carrier investigations but are not liable for carrier-related delays or losses.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Change of mind purchases are not eligible for refund.
