Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume release periods, processing time may temporarily extend to 3–4 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship from Victoria using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard: 3–8 business days

Express: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed once the parcel has been dispatched.

Signature on Delivery

High-value items may require a signature on delivery for security.

Packaging Protection

All sealed products are securely packed with protective padding.

Acrylic-cased products receive additional protection.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order is lodged with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist with investigation and carrier claims, but we are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, Sendle, or other carriers.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

🌏 International Shipping

Prisevo Collectables ships internationally. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of the parcel.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import fees, or taxes charged by your country’s customs authority.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Pre-Order Items (if applicable)

If you list pre-release items later:

Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items in the order are available. If you would like in-stock items sent earlier, please place a separate order.
