Refund & Returns Policy

At Prisevo Collectables, we take pride in providing authentic, securely stored, and accurately described products. Your satisfaction is important to us.

💠 Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. Once an order is placed, it is final.

💠 Sealed Products

All sealed Pokémon products (ETBs, UPCs, booster boxes, SPCs, acrylic cases, etc.) are sold as-is. We do not accept returns if:

the box is opened

the seal is broken

shrink wrap is removed

packaging has been tampered with

Collectors value sealed integrity — therefore, sealed items must remain unopened to qualify for any review.

💠 Condition & Packaging

Many Pokémon products come factory-sealed directly from distributors or sourced from trusted suppliers. Minor manufacturing imperfections, such as:

small shrink-wrap wrinkles

tiny dents

light corner rub

minor retail shelf wear

do not qualify for return or refund. These are normal and common in sealed TCG packaging.

💠 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

a damaged product due to shipping issues

💠 Shipping Damage

If an item is damaged during transit, please notify us with photographic evidence. Each case will be evaluated. We may offer:

full refund

OR replacement (if inventory allows)
